Cadence of the Drums is a High School Drum line Competition that features both show and corp style drum lines.
Competing drumlines include: Our host school, Eastern Guilford HS, 2023 Cadence winner, RJ Reynolds HS, 2023 host school, Carver HS, and the return of Grimsley and Andrews HS, and first-time performer, Mt. Tabor HS.
Our special guest this year is the return of the WSSU Drumline.

The Human Race

The Human Race is a 5k walk/run put on each Spring by the Volunteer Center. They have been planning and managing the race since 1994! One Step Further, Inc. (OSF) will be participating again this year to raise funds for our 9 programs.
Did you know that OSF has been serving Guilford County and the surrounding area since 1982? Did you know that OSF is the oldest and largest Court Diversion Agency in the Triad? Did you know that OSF has programs that serve youth, adults, LGBTQ youth and families, families/individuals that suffer from food insecurity, and families/individuals that are impacted by violence? Did you know that OSF is dedicated to serving at-risk populations? Did you know this?
