Click here to print this page
___Community
Service/Restitution places juveniles at various community agencies
throughout Greensboro and High Point to fulfill court-ordered community
service and/or financial restitution requirements. These juveniles
may perform many tasks such as clean-up, grounds maintenance, and
light clerical work. Additionally, juveniles may participate in
special projects coordinated by One Step Further to serve the elderly
and disabled. While performing community service, juveniles are
supervised by work site employees. One Step Further staff monitors
them and reports their progress to the court.
___Juveniles
who owe money to their victims may earn restitution at a rate of
$5.50 per hour. One Step Further pays the restitution earned directly
